Welcome from Pamela Springer, Registered Manager
Hello, and welcome to FCA Midlands. I have been working with FCA midlands for over 17 years, I and have been the Registered Manager since 2016. We are a busy and vibrant region committed to supporting our fostering families to make a positive and lasting difference to the children in their care. We do this collectively with a wrap round ‘family feel’ from everyone within the team. We offer comprehensive training opportunities to support foster parents in their role as foster parents, with additional support from experienced and knowledgeable social workers, therapists and an education associate. There is a wealth of activities for you and your family to engage in to be a part of something special. We pride ourselves on our child-focused practice as being centre of all we do. One of my favourite events is when we celebrate foster parents and staff long service awards, recently we celebrated our Fostering Services Manager Kulvinder Kaur Sahota’s 20 years at FCA. A true testament to the long and lasting relationships that are made within FCA. This same is true for our children and foster parents.
