Celebrating 25 Years of Supporting Young Lives
This year, we’re proud to celebrate a major milestone for one of our long-standing team members. Jo Edwards, Children and Young People Support Service Manager, has reached 25 years with FCA Midlands—a significant achievement that reflects her long-term commitment and contribution to improving the lives of our children and young people.
Throughout her time with FCA, Jo has played a key role in shaping Participation across the region. Her focus has always been on ensuring that children and young people are included, heard, and supported in meaningful ways.
From fun events and activities, to learning opportunities, she’s provided our children and young people the opportunity to connect with others, try new things, and build life skills.
