A Creative Way to Celebrate
On Friday 6th March, our FCA Midlands team took a moment to pause, reflect and celebrate Staff Appreciation Day, a day dedicated to recognising the incredible colleagues who make a difference in the lives of children and families every single day.
While appreciation should never be limited to one date on the calendar, Staff Appreciation Day provides a wonderful opportunity to come together and say thank you to the people whose dedication, compassion and teamwork make our fostering community so special.
To mark the occasion, the FCA Midlands team enjoyed a relaxing and creative pottery painting activity. The session gave colleagues the chance to step away from their busy schedules, spend time together and express their creativity.
From colourful mugs to beautifully decorated plates, everyone embraced the opportunity to paint their own unique pottery pieces. The activity was not only fun but also a great way to connect as a team, share a few laughs and celebrate the supportive culture that makes FCA Midlands such a special place to work.
