We work closely with our associated company Outcomes UK in order to offer flexible training activities to all employees.
From day one induction at your local office through to national induction, personal development plans, management programmes and legislation updates, we provide the resources you need.
We currently offer NVQs, Sponsored Social Work Training, Professional Therapy training and more.
But we also realise that growing our people isn’t just about courses and programmes. We like to think laterally about career paths too. Some of our staff make cross-functional moves or progress within their departments.
We also encourage people to form support networks to share knowledge and experience, to the benefit of their personal development to enhance individual and team contribution.
