Fred Lillie, from FCA Yorks and Lincs, explains how FCA’s local support infrastructure ensures a personal approach to providing foster carer support, as well as accessible training schemes:

Training and support meetings are easily accessible and it helps to get to know other FCA foster carers in your local area.”

Carers needed for children from residential care
Across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, there are a number of children and young people currently living in residential care who may have the opportunity to live as part of a family.
FCA is looking for foster carers in various areas throughout the region who can offer a safe and stable home life to young people who may exhibit difficult behaviour as a result of their experiences.
To ensure the success of our placements, FCA provides a high level of intensive support, available to our foster carers 24 hours a day throughout the year.
