Fostering in the North East with FCA

Jodie Fletcher, from FCA North East, explains the benefits of a local support network of FCA staff working tirelessly to support our carers fostering in the North East:

“FCA North East is staffed by local people who deliver fostering services to the local community. The wide range of services we offer are centred on the specific needs in the North East. It is with this in mind that we deliver all of our support work; children’s activities during school holidays, training events for carers, Social Workers on call after office hours, and carer support groups.

Each of these services is provided from offices throughout our region, close to where our carers live and appropriate to their family’s needs.”

Together, the FCA North East team help to guide and support foster carers across the North East of England. To find out more about what they do, read our North East foster care news articles, call us on 0800 023 4561 or enquire online.
