Being the largest Fostering Agency run independently in the UK, FCA has a huge network of local offices across the country including right here in the Midlands.
Though the office in Shrewsbury is part of a much wider infrastructure and serves both Shrewsbury and Telford, the emphasis is still on the ‘local’ aspect of fostering and the way that we provide on-going local training and support to foster carers and the children and young people in their care.
Providing you with a team of childcare professionals and employing a wrap-around approach known as Team Parenting® is the way we work towards achieving the best outcomes for children.

As a foster carer in or around the Shropshire area you will be provided with the following services that contribute to the Team Parenting® approach. Based on site at the local office, the professional team consists of:

• Children and Young Persons Support Service (CYPSS) Workers
