Bromsgrove is the local Foster Care Associates (FCA) office in the county, serving nearby towns including Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Redditch, Worcester, Hereford, Malvern and Kidderminster. Our office is one of 80 FCA offices across the UK that provide an extensive network of support and specialist childcare services to children and young people in foster care and those who care for them.

Team Parenting® is a unique approach that consists of a team of childcare experts supporting dedicated foster carers and looked after children and young people. This approach wholly supports the foster carer through regular contact, on-going local training and support group meetings and recognises their importance in providing stability and understanding to the children in their care.
If you choose to foster in Herefordshire and Worcestershire with FCA you can expect to receive the following services;
- An FCA assigned Social Worker
- Children and Young Persons Support Service (CYPSS) Worker
- Education Officer
- Therapist
