Known as the Team Parenting® approach, we provide a specialist team of childcare experts such as FCA assigned Social Workers, Therapists and Education Officers to guide and support each child or young person in care whilst supporting the foster carers through regular contact, on-going local training and support groups. This ‘wrap around’ support is beneficial to everyone involved and helps to build a relationship between the carer, child and skilled professionals.
