Are you thinking of fostering in Thames Valley?
FCA is currently experiencing a shortage of foster carers who are capable of caring for teenagers with complex needs or difficult behaviours.
Foster children with complex needs
These young people are often the victims of abuse or neglect and the impact this can have on their behaviour may have led to multiple placement breakdowns.
At FCA, we are also hoping to speak with potential foster carers in Thames Valley who can provide guidance and support for teenagers in many different types of fostering placements.
We are also looking for foster carers to care for young parents and their children, pregnant young women and groups of siblings.
