Foster Care Associates (FCA) North East put the wheels in motion this week (w/c May 19) with a major sponsorship programme to support the Richmond Area Motorcycle Project (RAMP).

FCA presented RAMP with a cash boost to enable the youth project to purchase equipment, including boots and gloves.

The RAMP project which covers Richmond, North Yorkshire it invites young people aged between 13- 19 years to participate in a five week course enabling them to ride motorbikes safely.

FCA director Michael Austin commented: “In partnership with RAMP we hope that our funding will provide much needed equipment to ensure the success of the project. Supporting the safety of young people in the community is an ideal arena for FCA to become involved and we hope everyone will benefit from our sponsorship.”
