Fostering Network Launch Foster Care Fortnight in Glasgow

The Fostering Network Launched Foster Care Fortnight in George Square, Glasgow this morning with the release of 1,700 balloons to mark the number of foster carers needed in Scotland. The event was attended by Adam Ingram the Minister for Children
