FCA is aware that all young people faced with the challenge of living independently need to be prepared, supported and encouraged. We provide a range of services to help this process.
Supportive Lodging Scheme
The provision of host households that can provide a safe and caring environment, coupled with practical and emotional support.
After Care Support
FCA’s After care Support service is a cost-effective service assisting Local Authorities or Trusts in complying with the requirements to provide ‘appropriate support’ and ‘keep in touch’.
Assessment and Pathway Planning
FCA can undertake Assessment of Needs for young people preparing to leave care and also assist Local Authorities or Trusts in the preparation work for pathway planning.
