FCA’s approach to foster care places the child’s needs and support for foster carers firmly at the centre of its practice. Through our highly acclaimed, holistic approach to fostering, Team Parenting®, FCA delivers a wider network of therapeutic support services to foster carers, who are positioned as ‘agents of change’.
Team Parenting® has achieved enviable success in delivering positive outcomes for ‘difficult to place’ looked after children and young people.

As part of the Core Assets Group Limited, FCA is a sister company to a number of current and ongoing International developments.
