FCA has 2 offices located in Northern Ireland - in Belfast and Londonderry. These provide local support, advice and training to foster carers based across Northern Ireland.

The need for foster carers in Northern Ireland for Solo Placements
Foster carers are required in Northern Ireland to take specialist Solo Placements. There is a heightened demand for foster carers who can take these placements for children or young people, aged 10+, who have complex needs and exhibit challenging behaviour.
In line with FCA's therapauetic approach to fostering, summarised on our Team Parenting page, FCA will provide the necessary support services through which we give every opportunity to produce positive outcomes.
