Jan Rees FCA Non-Executive Director

FCA Non-Executive Director, Jan Rees, has been working in care industry for nearly 30 years. Jan Rees is the co-founder of Foster Care Associates (FCA) with Jim Cockburn in 1994. Jan was a registered foster carer for 20 years and has also successfully run a nursery business.

Like Jim Cockburn, Jan Rees was concerned about how many Local Authorities were not providing quality outcomes for their foster children. Her drive, determination and innovative approach have been essential in the successful development of FCA since its formation.

Jan Rees gained further management experience in her role as Director of Support Services. She became a non-executive Board Director of FCA in 2007.

Jan Rees is also a Non-Executive Director of The Core Assets Group of Companies, parent company to Foster Care Associates.
