Estella Abraham CEO Fostering First International

Estella Abraham has over thirty years’ experience of working with children and families in the public, private and voluntary sector.

Estella is a qualified Social Worker and she joined Foster Care Associates (FCA) in 2002, establishing FCA in Scotland. As a consultant, Estella Abraham delivered the initial feasibility study for FCA in Scotland and she was recruited afterward as the first Scottish Director.

From its launch in August 2002, FCA Scotland now looks after over 300 children.

Building on this success, Estella now leads the international start-ups as CEO of Fostering First International as well as retaining responsibility for marketing and communications across the group.
