Meet our specialist fostering advisors:
Adam Badat
Adam is one of our longest-standing Fostering Advisors, and specialises in offering advice and guidance in the area of Sanctuary Seeking Children and Young People.
Paul Bancroft
Paul’s background is in Customer Relationship Management. He is a family man with 2 children and volunteers with his local Youth Project.
Donna Braithwaite
Donna has a background in Domiciliary Care Co-ordination for vulnerable adults. She is married and has 2 sons.
Debra Dewhurst
Debra has a wealth of first-hand experience in fostering, as she has been brought up as part of a fostering family.
Looqman Mulla
Looqman came to FCA with a background in Local Authority Children’s Services, both in Support and Advisory roles.
Rob Tozer
Rob has a background in the Telecare Industry, and is our resident expert in the area of Core Disability Short Break Care.
Asiya Shabir
Asiya is a Registered Carer and delivers domiciliary care to vulnerable adults (when not advising prospective foster carers!). She is also fluent in Punjabi, Urdu and Hindi.
Glynis Wall
Glynis is an ex foster carer with 18 years' experience in the field. She has cared for over 50 Looked After Children, and her vast knowledge is invaluable in offering guidance to prospective foster carers.
