Foster service providers are legally required to produce a Statement of Purpose – clearly setting out what services and support they provide for children and young people they place.
Our Statement of Purpose is a useful source of information to FCA foster carers and prospective carers, FCA staff, children and young people placed with FCA, their parents and representatives and professional colleagues from local authorities and other agencies.
The FCA Statement of Purpose provides the national framework within which all FCA Regional branches operate.
