Form F Assessors

FCA requires independent, BAAF Form F Assessors, working on a self-employed basis, to undertake competency based Form F Assessments on prospective foster carers.

Form F Assessor applicant credentials

Applicants must have a Social Work qualification, have prior experience of professional report writing, be registered with their countries relevant body, have transport, and be willing to travel. Statutory checks will be undertaken.

FCA offers a competitive and professional fee per assessment, as well as bonuses for meeting quality standards within timescales. Travelling expenses are also covered. All independent Form F Assessors are provided with consultation and practice development.

FCA Form F Assessors are required to work at regions throughout the UK.

However, we have an enhanced requirement in the following areas:
